Interac Instructions

  • Available only in Canada
  • Record your order #
  • Login to your online Canadian bank and make an Interac e-Transfer payment to: cexphq@protonmail.com
  • Do Not put HealthLabs anywhere on the interac e-transfer
  • Enter ONLY your Order # in the comments section of the Interac e-Transfer payment
  • NOTE: If your Bank supports interac e-transfer auto deposit, you will not be required to enter any of the below security info
  • Use Sales as the First Name
  • Use Health as the Last Name
  • Use the phrase  Answer Is as your security question
  • Use the word  healthy  as your password
  • Once your payment is received, you will receive an email with your invoice
  • When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the shipping details
  • We will hold your order for 24 Hours, if payment is not received within 24 Hours of the order being placed, your order will be cancelled.

Interac is one of the safest payment methods in Canada. Unfortunately Interac isn’t available in the USA. Using Interac to pay for online orders is fast, private and secure. No store can charge you a wrong amount or charge you again without you knowing. Interac gives you full control over who you pay, how much and when.

Interac payments usually take about 10 minutes to reach us once sent. However, sometimes it can take an hour or more. We ship same day Monday – Friday all orders fully paid for before 3:00pm EST and next business day on weekends and holidays.

Interac payments get auto-deposited, but we need to manually verify the deposit and then change your order status to Processing to generate your paid and processing status email. If your payment was made after hours or on the weekend or a holiday, you will receive your paid and processing status email on the next business day.

We currently accept Interac, Credit Cards, BitCoin, BitCoin Cash and Etherum.
